TOTAL Nutrition Coaching

Our TOTAL package means that this support is accessible for everyone.  We’re driven to help you develop your skills and knowledge of nutrition, and we will work together to come up with an individualised nutrition plan that is specific to achieving your goals.

Support includes:

  • A dedicated nutritionist to work alongside your coach /training plans

  • Initial dietary evaluation

  • Individualized nutrition planning to match your training each week, direct into Training Peaks

  • Recipes and cooking inspiration

  • Support with weight management

  • Ongoing support via WhatsApp and/or Training Peaks (get support and feedback when you need it).

TOTAL PLUS Nutrition Coaching

Our most POPULAR package. TOTAL+ provides all the benefits of the TOTAL package, but includes complete race preparation support to develop fuelling plans that are specific to each of your races through the season.  We're driven to get you to the start line having left no stone unturned so you can execute your best possible race.

Support includes:

  • A dedicated nutritionist to work alongside your coach /training plans

  • Initial dietary evaluation

  • Individualized nutrition planning to match your training each week, direct into Training Peaks

  • Recipes and cooking inspiration

  • Complete race preparation support and fuelling plans for each race.

  • Support with weight management

  • Ongoing support via WhatsApp and/or Training Peaks (get support and feedback when you need it).

ELITE Nutrition Coaching

Whether you are a professional athlete or high level age-grouper, with our ELITE package we aim to create a unique experience that mirrors the needs and ambitions of the athlete to go beyond their expectations. However high the ambitions, together we can optimise nutrition practices to elevate your performance.

  • COMPLETE PERIODISED nutrition plans to match your training each week, direct into Training Peaks

  • Access to meal preparation services

  • Body composition analysis and physiological testing 

  • Unlimited daily contact by phone, email, WhatsApp and/or Training Peaks (get support and feedback when you need it).

PREMIUM Nutrition Advice & Consultancy

Our PREMIUM nutrition consultancy aims to provide athlete centred, targeted and individual support for a specific goal e.g. a specific race day nutrition plan. We will work with you to understand your individual needs and collaboratively develop a plan to allows you to achieve your goals.

Support includes:

  • Work with a dedicated nutritionist

  • Complete dietary evaluation

  • Individual nutrition targets and guides

  • Race-specific nutrition plans

  • Training-specific nutrition planning (preparation and recovery)

  • Ongoing support via WhatsApp and/or Training Peaks (get support and feedback when you need it).

One off cost: £220

 

 to include:

  • an initial consultation

  • 2 x 1h face to face (virtual) sessions 

  • Follow up sessions = £35 for 30min; £65 for 1h
